As Fashion Week comes to an end, we can’t help but get excited for the next wave of fashionable trends…and fabulous finds. So to ring in the new style season, we helped Loehmann’s execute their first blogger event of the year – an exclusive brunch and preview of their Italian collection.
For the event, we invited a handful of fashion and lifestyle bloggers to the Loehmann’s warehouse in New Jersey to preview their latest looks from Italian designers – before they hit stores! Our lovely bloggers included:
On a chilly Saturday morning, our eager bloggers arrived fully prepared to take on the day, equipped with high-definition cameras and cell phones in hand to report every step of the event across their social channels.
Over in New Jersey, a fashionable team of Loehmann’s buyers, creative directors and marketing geniuses greeted the bloggers, introduced them to the new looks and took them on a tour of the 400K+ square foot warehouse – which blew everyone away.
Capturing the latest Italian trends and looks for spring, our bloggers were anxious to spread the word across the interwebs. Getting their fans and readers excited about the Italian styles, bloggers live tweeted and uploaded their finds to Instagram, tagging @Loehmanns along the way. Following the live coverage, bloggers continued to spread the news by recapping the trip and collection on their individual sites– bringing awareness to their audiences.
By collaborating with these fashionistas who are both on brand and influencers in the industry, we were able to expand our reach and promote the Italian collection in a unique and authentic way. Working with them allowed us to connect with and capitalize on a dedicated fan base while placing Loehmann’s on the forefront of the blogger community. All in all this was a very successful initiative for Loehmann’s – we only wish we could take some of stellar looks back with us!
